Shipping + Refund
Policy
Orders from our USA store are shipped via USPS.
Orders from our store are shipped via USPS with tracking. Please allow up to 5 working days for tracking to update as we buy the postage in big batches and. Due to this, your order may not move until a few days after it was marked shipped by us.
We do not take returns. Should your item get lost or damaged in transit, or otherwise be faulty, please contact genomrecords@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please note that you will be liable to pay import tax if requested by the relevant authority in your country as this is not paid at the point of sale on either our USA or store.

All refunds/order cancellations that are due to duplicate orders, ordering more copies than the item description allows or other scenarios that are not our error will be refunded with the deduction of the fees charged by PayPal. This is because these fees are not refunded to us by PayPal following the cancellation of your order.
This is not applicable to refunds that are made due to damaged or lost items, or other scenarios where a refund is made as a result of our error.
